<br />ORDER ALLOT INIG FINAL ACCOUNT.

<br />This cause came on fw, hearing on the 5" day of June, A.D.
<br />1909, and it appearing to the court from the proof on file that all persons interested in said
<br />estate have been duly notified as required by the order of this court dated on the 22 day of
<br />May, 1909, and after a full examination of said account, the court finds the same . is correct in
<br />all respects and ought to be allowed. It is therefore considered by the court that the said
<br />account be and the same is hereby allol.%red as the final account of Eliza Hattie Whitehead,
<br />administratrix of the estate of William Whitehead, deceased.
<br />It is further found that the said William Whitehead left surviving him the following heirs,
<br />to -wit: Eliza Hattie Whitehead, widow, and Margaret Della Davidson, Laura Sample, Grace Fitch,
<br />Jessie 1iitehead and Idaud Hattie Whitehead: the said children being the issue of the marriage
<br />of the said deceased t, %,ith the said Eliza I?attie Whitehead, and they with the said 'widow
<br />being his sole and only heirs.
<br />That he also died seized in fee simple of the follo,A,ing described real estate, to -wit: The
<br />North;;est I,juarter (ITW,) of section nine (9), in township ten (10), North range eleven (11), west
<br />of the 6" P. MI. in hall County, Nebraska. Thut there remains now of the personal estate in the
<br />hands of the said administratrix for distribution the sum of 01000. 58, after all debts and
<br />expenses of administration of the estate have been fully paid. That the same, by reason of the
<br />facts herein aforesaid, upon the death of the said William Whitehead, became the property of the
<br />said widow and the said children, and that they thereby and by reason thereof became the sole
<br />owners of the said property, both real and personal as folloi%,s: The said widow an undivided
<br />one -third (1 -3) thereof and the remainder thereof passing to the said children share and ahare
<br />alike, to -w 't: of the said personal property the said widow is entitled to, and the said ad-
<br />ministratrix is ordered to pay her the sutra of 14333 86 and to the children a one -fifth part of
<br />the remainder thereof, to -wit: X667. 72. And that the said portions of the said A1001.58
<br />have been paid by the said administratrix to the said respective heirs entitled thereto, and
<br />vouchers therefor submitted and filed in this court by the said administratrix.
<br />It is further considered, there being no further business to be transacted by the said admin-
<br />istratrix, that she be and is hereby discharged and her bondsmen released.
<br />The Court further finds that due and legal notice was given all creditors, by publication
<br />and by posting, as required by law and the order of Court, dated February 24th, 1908; that the
<br />time then allowed for presenting claims against said estate has fully expired; that all claims
<br />filed and allowed against said estate have been fully paid and satisfied; that all claims out -
<br />standing against said estate and not filed herein, if any there be, are therefore forever barred
<br />and excluded.
<br />It is therefore ordered and adjudged by the Court that all persons are forever barred from
<br />filing or setting up any claims or demands against the estate of William Whitehead, deceased,
<br />and the same is fully settled and closed.
