<br />hearing upon the final report of Fred Simon;, Administrator of the estate of Katharina Fuss, i
<br />formerly Katharina Simon, deceased, and it appearing to the satisfaction of the Court, from the
<br />proof now on file, that all proper parties to this proceeding have been duly notified and have
<br />entered their voluntary appearance herein and waived notice of the filing of said account and of
<br />the time and place fixed for examining same and have asked the court to approve and allow said
<br />report, and it further appearing, after a full examination, that said report is correct in all i
<br />respects and ought to be approved and allon.,ed, it is therefore, j
<br />ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that the report of Fred Simon, Administrator of the Estate of
<br />Katharina Fuss, formerly Katharina Simon, deceased, be and the same is hereby approved and

<br />allowed an and for his final decount and he is discharged of his trust and his bond released.
<br />The Court finds that by former order creditors of the said Katharina Fuss, deceased', were
<br />allowed six months from the 5th day of April, 1909, in i,rhich to present their claims, duly
<br />authenticated,in the office of the County Judge of Flall County, Nebraska; that due and legal
<br />notice was given all persons interested of the time allowed and place appointed for filing
