<br />shown by the inventory of said administratrix owned by said estate, and said administratrix is
<br />hereby ordered by appropriate and sufficient assignment to assign to herself as widow and heir-
<br />at-law all and singular of said accounts, notes and other evidences of indebtedness and deliver
<br />to herself any and all remaining property now in her -possession belonging to said estate.
<br />The Court further finds that at the time of his death said Frank Burnell was the owner
<br />of Lot Number Six, in Block Number Ten in the Criginal Town, now city, of Grand Island,
<br />Nebraska., and that as provided by the laws of the State of Nebraska, the same passed in equal
<br />shares, at his death, to his said widow, Alma Burnell, and his said s*er, Josephine Erikeen.
<br />It is therefore by the court adjudged, decreed and considered that the final account of
<br />said Administratrix is hereby allowed and approved as prayed, and that the estate is hereby
<br />closed and said administratrix discharged and her bond released, and that the said above describe ! d
<br />real estate, did, upon the death of said Frank Burnell, pass and descend, as by law provided in
<br />equal shares to the said Alma Burnell, widow, and Josephine Eriksen, sister of said deceased.

<br />that due and legal notice as by law and order of this court required,has been given to all

<br />further appearing that all expenses of administration and charges and expenses of the sickness
<br />and burial of said deceased have been fully paid by the said Jurgen Knuth,sole residuary leg-
<br />atee and devisee of said estate and that he has also paid all legacies under and by virtue of
<br />said will and it further appearing that all persons interested in said estate have accepted
<br />notice of the filling of said final report and asks that same be approved as the final report
<br />of said executor. The court after a full examination of said account and report finds that
<br />same is in all respects correct and ought to be approved and allowed,and that all creditors or
<br />other having claims against said estate are forever barred and precluded from filing same or i
