The Court further finds that the said
administratrox has paid the claims filed and allowed against said estate and the costs of ad-
ministration with her Private means, but that she has waived any and all claims to be reim-
bursed therefor from said estate and has waived any claim for support or widow's allowance, ex-
cept so far as same has been heretofore assigned to her by order of this court.
The court further finds that the said deceased died without issue and left surviving hi- =m
as his heirs and only heirs -at -law his widow, Alma Burnell, and his sister, Josepnine Eriksen, for- _
merly Josephine Burnell, and that the said Josephine Eriksen has for a valuable consideration
receipted for, all and singular of her said interest as such heir at law in said estate, and
that the said Alma Burnell is now entitled to an assignment and distribution of all of the re-
mainder of said estate of every kind and nature; that there are certain unpaid accounts as
1
1
1
C
1
