IN COUNTY COURT, FALL CCUIITY,NEBRASKA.
IN the utter of the Estate of )
Decree.
Frank Burnell, deceased. )
On this 13 day of September, 1909, this clause came on for
hearing upon the final report of Alma Burnell, administratiox of said estate and upon her pe-
tition that said report be approved and said estate finally closed and it appearing from the
proof on file that she is now the sole person interested in said estate and there being no ob-
jections to said final report, upon examination thereof the court finds that the same is in all
respects correct, and that the prayer of said petitioner should be granted and said estate closed,
and duly settled.
It further appears from the ;goof on file that due and legal notice as fixed by this court and
as by law required has been given to all creditors of said estate to present their claims and
that the time fixed therefor has duly expired and that all claims filed against said estate
have been duly paid by said administratiox including all costs of administration.
It is therefore ordered, and adjudged, that all creditors and others having claims against
said estate who have failed to file same as required by said notice are forever barred and pre -
ciuded from presenting or filing said claim or making any claims thereon against said estate and
that such claims, if any there be, are forever barred. The Court further finds that the said
administratrox has paid the claims filed and allowed against said estate and the costs of ad-
ministration with her Private means, but that she has waived any and all claims to be reim-
bursed therefor from said estate and has waived any claim for support or widow's allowance, ex-
cept so far as same has been heretofore assigned to her by order of this court.
The court further finds that the said deceased died without issue and left surviving hi- =m
as his heirs and only heirs -at -law his widow, Alma Burnell, and his sister, Josepnine Eriksen, for- _
merly Josephine Burnell, and that the said Josephine Eriksen has for a valuable consideration
receipted for, all and singular of her said interest as such heir at law in said estate, and
that the said Alma Burnell is now entitled to an assignment and distribution of all of the re-
mainder of said estate of every kind and nature; that there are certain unpaid accounts as
