H. Mullin, County <br />Judge. In the matter of the estate of Daniel Ferguson, deceased. I, J.H.}Iullin, County Judge <br />in and for said County, do hereb•; certify that on the 12th day of March, A.D. 1908, the instru- <br />meat purportitg to be the last will and testament of Daniel Ferguson, deceased, was filed for <br />probate in this Court. That on the 7th day of Allril, A.D. 1908, said instrument to which this <br />is attached was duly proved, probated and allowed, as the last will and testament of the said <br />Daniel Ferguson, deceased, and the-same was ordered to be recorded in the records of the Court <br />aforesaid. In Witness Whereof, I have hereunto set my hand and the seal of the said County <br />Court, this 21st day of April, A.D. 1908. <br />J. H. Mullin, <br />(SEAL) County Judge. <br />The Court finds that the said Daniel Ferguson was at the time of his death the owner <br />of the following described real estate situate in the County of Mall and State of Nebraska, to-w#:1 <br />Lots 7 and 8-in Block 118, in Railroad Addition to the City of Grand Island; that Lot 8 has been <br />sold by the executor under power conferred by the will. <br />The Court finds that under the terms and provisions of the last will and testament, of the <br />said Daniel Ferguson the above mentioned and described Lot 7, in Block 118, in Railroad Addition, <br />to the city of grand Island, in Hall County, Nebraska, did pass and descend at the death of <br />the testator to Sarah E. Ferguson, his widow, for the term of her natural life, and at her <br />death the same descends to Christina Ferguson McClung, Daniel Ferguson, Grace L:. Ferguson, <br />and Flora E. Ferguson, <br />children of the <br />said Daniel Ferguson, <br />to have and to hold to them and <br />their heirs and assigns <br />forever. <br />The Court further <br />finds that the said <br />Sarah E. Ferguson <br />is entitled under the provisions <br />of said will to all the <br />rents, issues, <br />profits. <br />and interest <br />derived from the personal property <br />now in the hands of the <br />executor, to -wit: <br />the <br />sum of Five Thousand Dollars, as shown by his <br />report now on file, during <br />the lifetime <br />of the <br />said Sarah E. <br />Ferguson, and at her death the <br />said personal property <br />remaining is to <br />be paid <br />over to the said Christina Ferguson McClung, <br />Daniel Ferguson, Grace <br />L. Ferguson and <br />Flora E. <br />Ferguson, in <br />equal shares. <br />
