<br />instrument purportine; to be the last will and testament of Henry Bruchmann, deceased, was filed �
<br />for probate in this Court. That on the 9th day of January A.D. 1909 said instrument to which

<br />this is attached was duly proved, probated, and allowed, as the last will and testament of the �
<br />said Henry Bruchmann, deceased, and the same was ordered to be recorded in the records of the
<br />Court aforesaid.

<br />The Court finds that that the said Henry Bruchmann was at the time of his death the owner,
<br />of the following described real estate situate in the County of Hall and State of Nebraska,
<br />to -wit: Lots 2 and 3 in block 15 in the Original Town, now the City of Grand Island, and that
<br />under the terms and provisions of the last will and testament of said Henry Bruchmann, all of
<br />said real estate did pass and descend at his death to Augusta Bruchmann, his widow, to have
<br />and to hold to her and her heirs and assigns forever, and that all of the personal property be-
<br />longing to the said Henry Bruchmann descended at his death, under said will, to the said Augusta
<br />Bruchmann. It is therefore Considered and Adjudged by the Court that Lots 2 and 3 in Block
<br />15 in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, did pass and descend at the death of
<br />Henry Bruchmann, under the provisions of his last will and testament, to Augusta Bruchmann,

<br />in absolute title.
