I. l� �!; �i r. <br />In the Matter of the Estate of ) <br />) <br />Henry Bruchmann, deceased. ) <br />IN COUNTY COURT OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA. <br />Final Decree. <br />r <br />Novi on this 4th day of September, 1909, this cause came on for <br />hearing upon the final report of Augusta Bruchmann, executrix of the Last Will. and Testament of <br />Henry Bruchmann, deceased, and it appearing to the satisfaction of the Court, from the proof <br />now on file, that all,persons interested in said estate have been duly notified by publication, <br />as required by law and the order of court dated August 13, 1909, of the filing of said report <br />and of the time and place fixed for examining and allowing same, and no one appearing to object, <br />whereupon the court proceeded to examine said account. <br />On consideration whereof the court finds after a full examination that said report is correct'' <br />in all respects and ought to be approved and allowed. <br />It is therefore Ordered, Adjudged and Decreed that the report of Augusta Bruchmann, executrix <br />be and the same is hereby approved and allowed as and for her final account and she is discharged;; <br />of her trust and her bond released. The Court finds that due and legal notice was given all <br />persons in the manner provided by law and by the order of Court dated January 9, 1909, of the timo <br />allowed and glace appointed for filing claims against the estate of Henry Bruchmann, deceased; <br />that the time then allowed has fully expired; that all claims filed and allowed against said <br />estate have been fully paid and satisfied; that all claims and demands outstanding against said <br />estate, if any there be, are therefore, Forever barred and excluded. It is therefore ordered <br />and considered that all persons are forever bar -red from filing or setting up any claims or <br />demands against said estate and the same is fully closed and settled. <br />The Court finds that the said Henry Bruchmann departed this life on the 8th day of December., <br />'i <br />1908, leaving a Last Will and Testament .which was duly admitted to probate in this court on the <br />9th day of January, 1909, and which was in words and figures as follows: <br />i <br />In the name of God, Amen: I, Henry Bruchmann of Grand Island, Nebraska, considering the un- <br />certainty of this mortal life, and being of sound mind and disposing memory do make and publish <br />this my last will and testament in the manner and form following: That is to say : - '! <br />First: I direct that all my just debts, funeral charges and the expense of my last sickness <br />be first paid. <br />Second:- I give, devise and bequeath all the rest and residue of my property, both real and <br />personal and wheresoever situate to my beloved wife, Augusta Bruchmann and to her heirs and <br />assigns forever. <br />i <br />i <br />d <br />1 <br />D <br />1 <br />1 <br />
