<br />H A L L C C U R T At a session of the County Court held at the County Court Room in Grand
<br />Island, in said County, on the 16th day of February, A.D. 1909, present J. H. Mullin, County
<br />Judge; In the matter of the estate of Patrick McDermott, deceased. I, J. H. Mullin, County
<br />Judge, in and for said County, do hereby certify that on the 21st day of January A.D. 1909, the;
<br />instrument purporting to be the last will and Testament of Patrick McDermott, deceased, was
<br />filed for.probate in this Court. That on the 16th day of .February, A.D. 1909, said instrument to
<br />which this is attached was duly proved probated, and allowed, as the last will and testament of i
<br />the said Patrick McDermott, deceased, and the same was ordered
<br />the Court aforesaid.

<br />The Court finds that the funeral expenses and the expenses of administration have
<br />been fully raid by the said administratiox. The Court finds that the said Patrick McDermott
<br />was at the time of his death the owner of the following described real estate situate in the
<br />County of Hall and State of Nebraska, to -writ: The South -west quarter of Section 33, in Town-
<br />ship 10, Range 12, and the South -east Quarter of the North -east Quarter of Section 16, Town-
<br />ship 9, Range 12, and that under the terms and provisions of his last will and testament all
<br />of the said real estate, as well as all personal property, did pass and descend at his death
<br />to Mary McDermott, his widow, to have and to hold to her and her heirs and assigns forever.
<br />It is therefore considered by the Court that the S. W. * of Section,33, Township 10,
<br />Range 12, and the S. E. .4 of the N.E.- of Section 16, Township 9, Range 12, all in Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, did pass at the death of Patrick McDermott, under the provisions of said last will
<br />and testament, in absolute title.
