The Court finds that <br />the time allowed creditors for filing claims against the estate of Patrick McDermott, deceased, <br />i <br />has fully expired; that notice was given all persons in the manner provided by law and by the j <br />orders of this court dated February 16, 1909, of the time allowed and place appointed for filing } <br />claims against said estate; that all claims filed and allowed have been paid and satisfied; <br />that all claims outstanding against said estate and not presented, if any there be, are there- <br />: <br />f ore forever barred and excluded. It is therefore ordered, and considered by the court that all <br />persons are forever barred from filing or setting up any claims or demands against the estate of <br />i <br />Patrick 14cDermott, deceased, and the same is fully settled and closed. <br />The Court finds that the said Patrick McDermott left a Last Will and Testament which was <br />duly admitted to probate herein on the 16th day of February, 1909, and which was in words and <br />figures as follows: <br />"In the name of God amen. I Patrick McDermott of Jackson Township, Hail County, j <br />Nebraska, being of sour}d mind and memory do make this my last will and testament in the manner <br />1 <br />following to -wit: That is to say, let: I direct that all my just debts including funeral <br />expenses and the expenses of administration be paid out of my estate. <br />2. I devise and bequeath all my estate both real and personal after the payment of my debts <br />and expenses of funeral and administration, to my wife, Mary McDermott, to be hers in absolute <br />title. <br />
