Final Decree.
Patrick .McDermott, deceased..) i
Now on this 2nd day of September, this cause came on for
I
hearing upon the final report of glary McDermott, Administratrix with the Will Annexed of the
estate of Patrick McDermott, deceased, and it appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that
Mary McDermott is the only person interested in said estate and that she has entered her vol-
untary appearance herein and waived notice of final settlement, and it further appearing to the
Court, after a full examination of said report, that the same is correct in all respects and
ought to be approved and allowed, it is, therefore, ordered, adjudged and decreed that the report'
of Mary McDermott, Administratrix, be and the same is hereby approved and allowed as and for her
final account and she is Discharged of her Trust and her Bond Released. The Court finds that
the time allowed creditors for filing claims against the estate of Patrick McDermott, deceased,
i
has fully expired; that notice was given all persons in the manner provided by law and by the j
orders of this court dated February 16, 1909, of the time allowed and place appointed for filing }
claims against said estate; that all claims filed and allowed have been paid and satisfied;
that all claims outstanding against said estate and not presented, if any there be, are there-
:
f ore forever barred and excluded. It is therefore ordered, and considered by the court that all
persons are forever barred from filing or setting up any claims or demands against the estate of
i
Patrick 14cDermott, deceased, and the same is fully settled and closed.
The Court finds that the said Patrick McDermott left a Last Will and Testament which was
duly admitted to probate herein on the 16th day of February, 1909, and which was in words and
figures as follows:
"In the name of God amen. I Patrick McDermott of Jackson Township, Hail County, j
Nebraska, being of sour}d mind and memory do make this my last will and testament in the manner
1
following to -wit: That is to say, let: I direct that all my just debts including funeral
expenses and the expenses of administration be paid out of my estate.
and expenses of funeral and administration, to my wife, Mary McDermott, to be hers in absolute
title.
