<br />The Court further finds that said Edmund B. Abbott died intestate prior to the death of
<br />said Ellen A. Dodge; that said Ellen A. Dodge, as his sole heir became and was at the time of
<br />his death the owner of all the rights, benefits and title under eO,d entry of which the said
<br />Edmund B. Abbott died possessed; and that she died possessed of the same.
<br />The Court further finds that said Ellen A. Dodge in her life time and on or about the
<br />first of September, 1907, bought and fully.paid,for the following described premises then sit-
<br />uated in Cheyenne County, Nebraska; West half of the south.-east quarter, and north half of
<br />the south-west quarter, south-cast quarter of the south-west quarter, and South-West quarter
<br />of the north-west quarter of section five (5); and south half of the north-east quarter, and
<br />south half of the north-west quarter, north half of the south-west quarter and north half of the
<br />south-east quarter of section (6), all in township twenty-two (22), north of range forty-nine
<br />west of the sixth Principal Meridian, containing five hundred and sixty acres (560). That the
<br />grantor William Peabody and his wife duly executed and delivered to said Ellen A. Dodge a
<br />Warranty Deed therefore on said date; that the same have been taken and held as a Government
<br />entry, under said Kinkaid Act by said William Peabody; that he had made final proof of his
<br />right to a deed fiom the government for the same; that after said deed Was so,made, by said
<br />Peabody a relinquishment of his said entry was filed in the UNITED STATES LAND office at 1.
<br />Alliance, Nebraska, and said entry was cancelled.
<br />IT IS FURTHER FOUND, 4RDERED, ADJUDGED, aAND DECREED
<br />described property and estate and all rights and benefits
<br />whatsoever, whether real, personal or mixed, and whether
<br />descended to, and became by operation of law the property
<br />sole heir at law of the said Ellen A. Dodge deceased; and
<br />by the Court that all of the foregoin�
<br />therein and all the estate and property
<br />nested, contingent or otherwise
<br />of the said Gertrud• Williams as the
<br />the same is hereby assigned, estab-
<br />lished and confirmed in the said Gertrude Williaras by the Court.
<br />It Is Further ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED, that upon the filing of vouchers showing
<br />payment of the amount for distribution haw in his hands'to the party entitled thereto as
<br />aforesaid and the cost in this cause he will be discharged frorn said trust, as Administrator of
<br />said Estate.
