<br />that said account be and the same is hereby, fully settled, allowed and approved as a final account
<br />of said I. C. Williams, Administrator, of the Estate of the said Ellen A. Dodgej deceased.
<br />It is further found by the court that the time heretofore fixed for the filing of claims again tL

<br />said estate has fully expired and it is ordered and decreed by the court that all claims and
<br />demands, if any, be and the same are forever barred.
<br />THE COURT FURTHER FINDS that the said Ellen A. Dodge, died intestate, leaving no husband,
<br />her husband the late Freeman C. Dodge; having departed this life shortly prior to the death of
<br />said Ellen A. Dodge; that she left surviving her a daughter, the said Gertrude Williams, of
<br />Wood River, Hall County. Nebraska, as her only child and her sole and only heir at law of the
<br />said deceased, Ellen A. Dodge. It is further found bythe court that the said Ellen A. Dodge
<br />died seized of the following described real estate situated in Hall County, Nebraska:
<br />Lots Two (2), three (3), and four (4) and the West seventeen (17) feet of lot One (1), all!
<br />in Block Twenty-one (21), in McCall & Leflangls Addition to the Village of Wood River, Nebraska;,
<br />the south-west quarter of section seven (7) in township ten (10), North of Range Eleven (11)
<br />West of the Sixth Principal Meridian; the north-west quarter of section eighteen (18), in
<br />Township Ten (10), North of Range Eleven (11), West of the sixth P. M.; the south half of the
<br />North-east quarter of Section thirty-two (32) in township ten (10) north of range eleven (11)
<br />west of the sixth P. 1J.; the south-east quarter of the south-west quarter and the south-west
<br />quarter of the south-east quarter of section seven (7) in township nine (9), north of range

<br />eleven (11). West of the sixth P. 21. The East half of the north-east quarter of section twenty-:`t

<br />It is further found by the court that the said Ellen A. Dodge, died seized of the
<br />following described real estate and situated in Morrill County, Nebraska, the said Horrill
<br />County, having been a part of the Cheyenne County, Nebraska: The east half of the south-west
<br />quarter,, the north-west quarter of the south-west quarter, and the south-west quarter of the
<br />South-east quarter of Section twentig -nine (29); north half of south-east quarter of Section
<br />thirty-two (32); west half of south-west quarter, north-east quarter of south-east quarter and
<br />south-east quarter of south -east quarter, and the north-east quarter of section thirty-three
<br />(5tlw); the West half of North—west quarter of south —west quarter of section thirty—four (34)
<br />all in township twenty-three (23) no th of range forty-nine (49) west of the sixth P. M.

<br />The Court finds that EDMUND B. ABRCTT late of Cheyenne County, Nebraska, as then'consti
