<br />And it is .further decreed that all persons are forever barred from filing any claims or
<br />demands of any nature against said estate and that the same is fully settled.

<br />} DECREE ON FINAL ACCOUNT—
<br />ELLEN A DODGE, DECEASED. )
<br />This cause came on for hearing on this 31st day of July, and
<br />it appearing to the court from the proof on file that all persons interested in said Estate
<br />nave been duly notified and that Gertrude Williams, formerly Gertrude,,.-.,Dodge, has duly waived
<br />notice of this hearing and has consented thereto at this time; and this cause coming on to be
<br />heard upon the final report and account and the petition of I. C. Williams, Administrator of
<br />said estate, praying among other things for the allowance, statement and settlement of his final
<br />account filed herein and for a discharge from his trust as such as Administrator; and after a furl
<br />and careful examination of said account, the court finds that said Estate is solvent; that
<br />there are no charges against said Estate and no outstanding indebtedness, and further notice
<br />of final settlement is therefore dispensed with; The court rinds that said account is correct
<br />and true in all respects and ought to be allowed. And thereupon, after due consideration thereof
<br />and of the vouchers and receipts filed herein by the said I. C. Williams, Administrator, in
<br />support thereof, and no one appearing to object to or contest the same, on motion of J. H. j

<br />Woolley, attorney for said Administrator; the court finds Orders, Adjudges, and Decrees, that due,
<br />and legal notice to the creditors of said ELLEN A. DODGE, Deceased, has been given as by law
<br />required and established of record;. that all debts, claims and demands against said estate havei
<br />been fully paid, satisfied and discharged; that said Administrator has duly and fully turned ovdr
<br />delivered and paid to the only heir of said deceased, the said Gertrude Williams, formerly
<br />Gertrude Dodge, all the rest, residue and remainder of said estate remaining in his hands,
<br />possession or control as such Administrator, after the payment and satisfaction of all claims
<br />and demands filed and allowed against said Estate, 'including the inheritance tax due to both
<br />Hall and Morrill Counties, Nebraska, and including the costs and expense of administration;
