<br />Now on this 23rd day of July, 1909, this cause came on for
<br />hearing upon the report of Angeline A. Bentley, Executrix of the Last Will and Testament of
<br />Charles F. Bentley, deceased, and it appearing to the satisfaction of the court, frora the proof
<br />now on file, that all persons interested in said estate have been duly notified of the filing
<br />of said report and have entered their voluntary appearance herein and waived further notice by
<br />publication or otherwise of the time and place of the hearing on said report and have asked
<br />the court to approve and allow said report as the final account of said executrix, and it fur-
<br />ther appearing, after a full examination, that said report is correct in all respects and ought
<br />to be approved and allowed, it is therefore,
<br />OnDEREM, AD A TC P�ECT;EED that the re port of Angeline A. Bentley, Executrix, of
<br />the last Will and Testament of Charles F. Bentley, deceased., be and the same is hereby approved
<br />and allowed. The court finds that b1p order of court, dated July 21st, 1908, creditors of the
<br />said Charles F. Bentley, were allowed six months from the third day of August, 1908, in which to
<br />present their claims in the office of the County Judge of _Tull County, Nebraska; that the time
<br />then allowed for filing claims has fully expired; that due and legal notice was given all personii
<br />of the time allowed and -place appointed for filing claims against said estate; that all claims
<br />filed and allowed against said estate have been paid and satisfied; that all claims outstanding,.
<br />against said estate and not filed, if any there be, are therefore, forever barred and excluded.

<br />It is therefore Ordered and Adjudged that all persons are forever barred from filing or''
<br />i
<br />setting up any claims or demands against the estate of Charles F. Bentley, deceased.
<br />The Court finds that the said Charles F. Bentley departed this life on the 15th day of July,
<br />1008, leaving a last will and testament which was duly admitted to probate in this court on the
<br />21st day of July, 1908, and leaving the following named persons as his heirs at law, and his
<br />only heirs at law, devisees and legatees: AITGELINE A. DE'NTLEY, his widow, and ARTHUR F. Br,TTLEY,!;

<br />FREDERICK BENTLEY and GRACE TiEITT.LEY PAINE) his children.,
<br />The court finds that the said Charles F. Bentley tiaras at the time of his death the owner
<br />of the followinor descri0ed real estate situate in the County of hall and State of Nebraska,
<br />to-wit: Lots One and Two (1 &_ 2) in Bloch 10,7, Railroad Addition to Grand Island, and that
<br />under the terms and provisions of his last will an4 testament said real estate did pass and
<br />descend at the death of the testator to Angeline A. Bentley for her use and benefit during the
<br />term of her life and at her death to the said Arthur F. Bentley, Frederick Bentley and
<br />Grace Bentley Paine to have and to hold to them and their heirs and assigns forever.
