In the .",I.atter of the Elstate of
FINAL DECRFE.
Friedrich 4oller, deceased.
Now on this 14th day of July, 1009, thi3 cause came on for
hearing upon the re-nort of 'Will, ian, Axt, Junior, Executor of the Last Will and Testament of
Friedrich 1181ler, deceased, and it ap-nearing to the satisfaction of the Court that all persons
interested in said estate have been notified and have entered their voluntary appearance herein
and waived notice of final settlement, and it further appearing that the time allowed for filing
claims against said estate has fully expired and that no claims of any nature were filed against
said estate, the court proceeded to examine said report. After a full examination, the court
finds that in to be allowed; that the said exe-
said report is correct all respects and ought
cuter has accounted for all' of said estate which came into his hands and has paid to Emma Hagg e
now Emma Behrens,, the legacy of ;200 00 provided for in said will. The court finds that creditor
of the said 'Friedrich 1,11oller, were allowed six months from the 14th day of December,, 1908,., in
which to present their claims in the office of the County Judge of Hall County, Nebraska, that
the time then allowed has fully expired; that notice of the time allowed and place app6inted for
presenting claims against said estate was given all persons by publication and by posting as
required by law and by the order of court; that no claims of any nature were filed; that all
claims not filed,'if any there be, are therefore forever barred and excluded. It is therefore
ordered, adjudged and decreed that all persons are forever barred from filing or setting up any
claims or demands against said estate and the same is fully settled and closed.
The court finds that the said Friedrich lollpr was at the time of his death the own er of
the following described real estate situate in the County of Hall and State of Nebraska, to-wit:
Block 149 in Union Pacific Railway Company's 2nd Addition to Grand Island. Lot No. 2 in the
County Subdivision of the West half (Wz) of South-west quarter (SW4) of Section 15, in Township
11, Range 9.
The Court finds that the Friedrich 34oller left a last will and testament which instrument
was duly admitted to probate in this court on the 27th day of November, 1908, and that under and
by virtue of the provisions of said will all of the above described real estate did pass and
L
descend at the death of the said testator to Johanna Moller, widow of the deceased, for and
during the term of her natural life. The court further finds that subject to the life estate of
the said Johanna 1,1oller the above described real estate descends under the terms of said 'Fill to
Caroline Hagge, daughter of the testator to have and to hold to her and her heirs and assigns
forever. It is therefore considered and adjudged by the Court that the above described real
estate, to-wit: Block no. 149 in Union Pacific Railway's Second Addition to Grand Island, and
Lot No Two (2) in the County Subdivision of the WJ of the SW-cl; of Section 15, in Township 11.
Range 9, in Hall County, Nebraska, did pass and descend at the death of Friedrich Holler to
