After a full examination the court finds that the report of Adolph
H. Held, surviving executor of the last will and testament of Herman C. Hold, deceased, is
correct in all respects and ought to be a- pproved and allowed as and for his final account; that
-the said executor has accounted for all the estate of said deceased Which came into his hands
and into the hands of the Joint executors, and has paid over and distributed among the heirs
and legatees of the said Herman C. Held, deceased, and said estate
is fully closed and settled. The court finds that the said Herman C. Held was at the time of his,
death the owner of the follo-,.,ing described real estate, to-wit: Lot one (1), block eighty-one
(81) Original Town, no,.,; City of Grand Island;, lots seven (7) and eight (8) in block eighty-six
(86) Original Tom now City of Grand Island; Lot three (3), block One Hundred Seventeen (117)
Railroad Addition to Grand Island; Lot Eight (8) Block Nine (9), College Addition to Grand
Island; the East half of the North-east quarter (E- NE-41) of Section 4, Township 11, Range 11,
all in Hall County, Nebraska, end lot three 5 in block three (3) in Dwight & Layman's Addition
to Omaha, in Douglas County, 'Nebraska.
