<br />Final Decree of Settlement and Distribution.
<br />William Cornelius, deceased. )
<br />Now on this day this case came on to be heard on the final
<br />report of William Cornelius, Administrator C.T.A. of said estate and application for a final
<br />decree of distribution therein and it a nearing to the Court that due and legal notice of this
<br />hearing had been Trade as by law and the order of this Court required, and whereas, it appears
<br />from the report of said Administrator that the costs of ad,r:inistration and all claims filed
<br />against said estate have been paid out of funds furnished by Julia Cornelius, the widow and
<br />devisee of said deceased, and that there is no personal estate out of which to pay any legacies j
<br />by the will of said deceased made. It is therefore ordered, adjudged and decreed that the said
<br />report, be approved and allowed as and for the final report of said Administrator, and that he
<br />be discharged and relieved of any further duties as such Administrator, with the will annexed;
<br />and it appearing by the last will and testament of said deceased, heretofore proved and allowed
<br />by this Court, that all real property of which the said William Cornelius died seized by said
<br />will conveyed, to Julia Cornelius, the widow of said deceased, and that what little personal

<br />property was left by said deceased, goes to the said widow by operation of law as well as by
<br />said will, and that there is no personal property out of which the legacies to the children of
<br />said deceased can be made and that the said legacies are not liens upon any of the real estate
<br />left by him. It is therefore ordered, adjudged, and decreed that the said Julia Cornelius take
<br />I
<br />by said will and by operation of law all the personal property and all the real estate of which
<br />i
<br />the said William Cornelius died seized, free, and discharged from all claims against the said �
<br />William Cornelius, deceased, and free and discharged from any legacies made by his eaid last �
<br />will and testament.
