<br />Is Fred W. Stehr of Grand Island, Nebraska, being of sound mind and memory and mindful of
<br />the uncertainty of life, do make, publish and declare this my last will and testament, that is to
<br />say: Item First:
<br />It is my will and wish that all my just debts be first fully paid and satisfied.
<br />Item Second.
<br />It is my will and wish that after the payment of my just debts my property shall pass to my
<br />wife, Annie Stehr, and our children,, or the heirs of any deceased child, in the manner provided
<br />under the Statutes of Nebraska, with the exceptions hereinafter noted, and to that end and for
<br />that purpose and for the purpose of avoiding expense and costs of Court orders, I hereby make,
<br />constitute, and appoint my wife, Annie Stehr, my sole executrix and hereby authorize and empower
<br />her to sell at public or private sale for cash, or on such terms as she may deem best, so much
<br />of my real and personal property as may be necessary to pay all my debts, saving and excepting
<br />the east half of lot three (3) block eighty (80) in the original town now city of Grand Island,
<br />which property with any other property I may leave-that shall not be required to be sold to pay
<br />my debts and funeral expenses, shall be kept until my youngest child shall attain the age of
<br />21 years, at which time all of my estate shall be divided and apportioned between my wife and our
<br />children as provided under the Statutes of Nebraska, as now existing.
<br />Item Third.
<br />It is my wish that my said wife shall also act as guardian of the persons and estates of
<br />our children during their minority and that she be not required to give bonds as executrix or
<br />guardian and that she shall not be required to procure any license or other authority in order
<br />to sell and convey any of the property hereby authorized to be sold.
<br />Item Fourth. ,
<br />Until a division is made of my estate it is my will that my said wife use all the rents
<br />and profits of my estate not needed to pay my debts for her support and the support and educa-
<br />tion of our children and the payment of taxes, insurance and repairs on the property.
<br />Hereby annulling and revoking all forr,-,er wills by ne made Is Fred W. Stehr, testator, do hereby
<br />declare these presents consisting of one sheet of paper typewritten on one side only and each
<br />page identified by my signature upon the margin to be my last will and testament this 20 day
<br />of April A.D. 1903.

<br />testament in our presence and alt his request and in his presence and, in.the presence of each
<br />other we have hereunto set our hands as witnesses this 20th day of April A.D. 1903.

<br />On this 4th day of 11ay, 1907, the within last will and testament of Fred
<br />W. Stehr, was duly proved before me, J.H.Mullin, County Judge of said County, according to law,
<br />as the last will and testament of the real and personal estate of said deceased, and the same
<br />was admitted to probate rind duly recorded in this office. In Testimony whereof, I have hereunto
