Klinge, trustee, to be by him held in trust until the <br />Youngest living child of said deceased should reach the age of eighteen years, the income thereof <br />devoted to the care and education of the said minor children of said deceased, and after the <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />youngest living child of said deceased reached the age of eighteen years, the said real estate, <br />together with the remainder of said personal property passed in equal shares to the children <br />of said deceased- as follows: Mary K. Klinge,, Elizabeth 24. Franssen, Emma E. Kuiper., Ernest <br />J. Roepker, Rosa A. Franssen, Anton J. Roepker, Lucy T. Roepker and OlarogK. Roepker. It is <br />therefore by the court adjudged., ordered and decreed that the final report of the said executor <br />be and the same hereby is allowed and approved, and that he is hereby authorized to assign <br />to himself as trustee, under the provisions of the will of said deceased all notes and other <br />evidences of indebtedness remaining in his hands belonging to said estate, together with all <br />securities thereon and to pay to himself as said trustee all money remaining in his hands belong4 <br />f0 <br />ing to said estate as shown by said report. It is further considered and decreed by the court <br />that the above described real estate did, under the provisions of the will of said deceased, <br />pass at her death to the said Joseph J. Klinge, trustee, to be retained by him,,-under the <br />conditions of said will, until the youngest living child of said deceased shall reach the <br />age of eighteen years, and after the said date the same is to pass in equal shares under the <br />provisions of said will to the children of said deceased above named. <br />J.H.Mullin. <br />- -- i <br />County Judge. — <br />On this 25 day of June., 1909, this cause came on further to be heard upon the supplementali <br />I <br />inventory and report of said Joseph J. Klinge, executor, and it appearing from said supplemental; <br />report and inventory that a claim against John Roepker, who is named in said will as Ernest J. <br />Roepker, for the sum of $731 76, in favor of said estate, had been omitted from the said <br />-;_inventory and final report by mistake and that the said executor had since the filing of said <br />inventory and report secured from the said John Roepker a note for said amount, dated June 1, <br />1909, due in six years, with interest at 0 per annum, which said note the said executors abks <br />to be charged with as a part of the assets of said estate and after a due examination of <br />said supplemental inventory and report the court finds that the same is in all respects Correct <br />and should be allowed as such, and that the action of the said executor in taking said note <br />for said claim was for the best interest of said estate and should be approved, and that the <br />said note under the provisions of the will of said deceased should be paid and assigned to the <br />said executor as trustee, the income to be used by said trustee between the children of said <br />deceased as in this decree set forth.
