<br />Few on this 17th day of June, 1909, this cause came on for
<br />llearin,,f uron the re-r...ort of Aggie .1,,'ary Davidson 1.111illar, executrix of the last will and testament
<br />of Agnes Gray 11illar, deceased, and it satisfactorily ap)earing to me, from the proof now on
<br />-file, that all -,r,)ersor_s interested in said estate have entered their voluntary appearance herein
<br />and waived notice of final settlement, and have asked that the renort of the executrix be arnroved,
<br />and allowed by the court, and it further appearing to the court, after a full examination, that
<br />said re,.-.ort is correct in all respects and ought to be allowed, and that all claims filed and
<br />allov..,ed against said estate have been ;laid and satisfied, it is therefore, ORDERED, ADJUDGED,
<br />AUD DECREED that the report of said executrix be and the same is hereby approved and allowed as
<br />and for her final account and she is discharged of her trust. The Court finds that creditors
<br />of the said Agnes Gray were allowed six months from the 14th day of December, 1908, in
<br />which to present their claiwp in the office of the County Judge of Hall County, Nebraska; that
<br />the time then allowed has full- expired; that notice was given all persons in the manner provided
<br />by law, of the time allowed and glace appointed for filing claims; that all claims filed have
<br />been paid as well as the costs of administration. It is therefore considered by the Court that
<br />all persons are forever barred and excluded from filing or setting up any claims or demands
<br />against the estate of Agnes Gray "fillar, deceased, and that said estate is fully settled and
<br />u - Id.
<br />closed The Court finds that the said Agnes Gray 1.11illar left a last will and testament which
<br />was duly admitted to probate herein n on the 3oth day of November, 1908, and which was in words
<br />and fisures as follows: 11 1, Agnes Gray 11illar of Grand Island, Nebraska, beinn, of sound mind
<br />and disposing memory do make and publish this my last will and testament in words and figures
<br />following. That is to say: First: I direct that all my just debts and the expenses of my
<br />burial be first paid. Second: I give, devise and bequeath all of my prorerty, both real and

<br />personal, whether now held b. • me or hereafter acquired, including the insurance on my life ilt,
<br />the Prudential Assurance Coiwpany, Linited, of London, under Policy I.To. 60470 Class B. unto my
<br />beloved daughter Acfie 7,111'ary Davidson 1,11illar and to her heirs and assigns forever. Third;
<br />I nominate and arnoint my said daughter Aggie Mary Davidson 1.4illar as executrix of this rrill
<br />without bond. Fourth: I hereby revoke any and all former il.,ills made by me. Dated at Grand Island;
