<br />Laramie County, Wyoriing, departed this life on the 7th day of i,iay, 1897, leaving a last

<br />my hand and affixed the seal of the
<br />County Court of Mall County,
<br />Nebraska,
<br />testament which instrument was duly admitted to probate in the
<br />District Court of Laramie

<br />Wyoming, on the 3rd day of June, 1897, and which instrument was
<br />in words and figures as
<br />follows:
<br />"In the name of God, Amen. I, Abram Idelman being of sound
<br />mind and memory, but knowing_
<br />the uncertainty of human life, do now make and publish this my
<br />last will and testament-,
<br />that is
<br />to say:- I do bequeath all my ,property, both real and personal

<br />any reservation whatsoever.

<br />The Court finds that the said Abram Idelman was at the time of his death the owner of a
<br />title or interest in the followinrr described real estate situate in the county of Hall and
<br />State of Nebraska, to- .grit: Lots one (1) and two (2), in block ten (10) in Kerno'rian and Decr,.erls
<br />Addition to the City of Grand Island, _Nebraska, as surveyed, platted and recorded, upon which
<br />property said will operates, and that said will was, therefore, duly admitted to probate in the
<br />County Court of 'ball County, 'Nebraska, on the 5rd day of April, 1909, after the giving of the
<br />notice required by law and the order of court and the following certificate of probate was
<br />attached thereto: Certificate of Probate.

<br />The Court finds after a full examination of the proceedings had in the District
<br />Court of Laramie County, Wyoming, a duly authenticated copy of which proceedings was filed
<br />in this court on the 6th day of larch, 1909 that said District Court of Laramie County, Wyoming,
<br />did on the 25th day of July 1898, enter a decree finding that all claims and taxes against
<br />said estate of Abram. Idelman had been fully* paid, and the account of the Administrator with the
<br />Will Annexed was approved, allo,,,red and settled. The Court Finds that under and by virtue of
<br />the said 1,ast will of Abrarr� Idelman all of the right, title and interest of the said testator
<br />did pass at his death to Z+ax Idelman to have and to hold to him and his heirs and assigns
<br />forever. J. TT. 1 ullin.
