<br />the 10th day of July, 1908, leaving a last will and testament, which was duly admitted to probate
<br />herein on the 9th day of September, 1908, and which was in words and figures as follows;
<br />"I" In the Name of God, Amen, I,, Anna 11. Scheel, of Grand Island, in the County of Hall and
<br />State of Nebraska, being of sound mind and memory,, and considering the uncertainty of this frail
<br />and transitory life., do therefore,, make ordain., publish and declare this to be my last will and
<br />testamentz First, I order and direct that my Executor hereinafter named, pay all my just debts
<br />and funeral expenses as soon after my decease as conveniently may be. Second; After the
<br />payment of such funeral expenses and debts, I give, devise and bequeath to my beloved husband
<br />Hans J. Scheel, all property, both reel and personal of which I may die possessed. Third:
<br />In case,I survive my said husband, Hans J. Scheel, then and in that case I give, devise and
<br />bequeath to my beloved brother Henry Dolling, all property both real and personal of which I
<br />may die possessed. Lastly, I make, constitute and appoint Hans J. Scheel, to be executor of
<br />this, my last will and Testament, hereby revoking all former wills by me made. In Witness
<br />Whereof, I have hereunto subscribed my name and affixed my seal, the 21st day of January, in
<br />the year of our Lord, One thousand nine hundred and eight. her

<br />This instrument was on the day of the date thereof, signed, published and declared by the said
<br />testator Anna M. Scheel to be her last Will and Testament, in the presence-of us who at her

<br />Hall County At a session of the County Court, held at the County Court Room; in Grand
<br />Island, in said County, on the 9th day of September,, A. D. 1908, present J. H. Mullin, County
<br />Judge; ice, the matter of the estate of Anna M. Scheel, deceased. I., J. H. Mullin, County Judge,
<br />in and for said County, do hereby certify that on the 10 day of August A. D. 1908, the instru-
<br />ment purporting to be the last will and testament of Anna M. Scheel, deceased, was filed for
<br />probate in this Court. That on the 9th day of September A. D. 1908, said instrument to which
<br />this is attached was duly proved, probated and allowed as the last will and testament of the
<br />said Anna M. Scheel, deceased, and the same was ordered to be recorded in the records:of the
<br />Court aforesaid. In Witness whereof, I have hereunto set my hand and the seal of the said
<br />County Court, this 9 day of September, A.D. 1908.

<br />The Court finds that under the terms and provisions of said last will and testament all of the
<br />above described real estate, to-wit; Fractional lots 2 and 3 and lot four, in block 7, ih Wiebe'S
<br />Addition to the City of Grand Island, in Hall County, Nebraska, did pass and descend at the
<br />death of the said Anna M. Scheel, to Hans J. Scheel., her husband to have and to hold to him -and
<br />05- his heirs and assigns forever.
