<br />of October, 1908, in which to present their claims in the office of the County Judge, of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska; that the time so allowed for filing claims has fully expired; that due notice

<br />Fractional Lots two (2) and Three (3) and Lot Four (4) in block seven (7) in Wiebe's Addition
<br />to the City of Grand Island. The Court finds that the said Anna M. Scheel departed this life on
<br />Court, of said County, at Grand Island, Nebraska, this 29 day of December, 1908.

<br />Anna M. Scheel, deceased.
<br />Now on this 8th day of May, 1909, this cause came on for
<br />hearing upon the account of Hans Scheel, executor of the Last Will and Testament, of Anna 14.
<br />Scheel, deceased, and the Court being fully satisfied from the proof now on file, that all persons
<br />interested in the estate of said Anna 11. Scheel, have been notified by publication of the filing
<br />of said account, and of the time and place fixed for the hearing thereon, as required by the
<br />order of Court dated April 27, 1909, and no one appearing to object,, and there being no objection;
<br />or protest on file, and it further appearing to the Court after a full examination of said ac-
<br />count that the same is correct in all respects and ought to be approved, it is, therefore,
<br />ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED that the report of Hans Soneel, executor of the estate
<br />of Anna M. Scheel, deceased, be and the same is approved and allowed as and for his final account:
