<br />I hereby appoint my wife Bertha Elvina Steinmeier the sole executrix, of this my last
<br />Will and Testament, and expressly direct that my said wife shall not be required to give a bond
<br />as such executrix. In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my name and seal and declare this to
<br />be my last will and testament and published it as such in the presence and hearing of the
<br />witnesses named below at Grand Tsland, Nebraska, this 23rd day of March A. D. 1903.

<br />In the matter of the estate of Charles Henry Steinmeier deceased. I, J. H. Mullin, County
<br />Judge, in and for said County, do hereby certify that on the 16th day of 1darch A. D. 1909) the
<br />instrument purporting to be the last will and testament of Charles Henry Steinmeier, deceased,
<br />was filed for probate in this Court. That on the 22 day of March, A. D. 1909, said instrument
<br />to which this is attached was duly proved, probated, and allowed, as the last will and testament
<br />of said Charles Henry Steinmeier, deceased, and the same was ordered to be recorded in the
