<br />That on the 11th day of July, AD 1908, said instrument to which this is attached was duly
<br />proved, probated, and allowed, as the last will and testament of the said John Sievers, deceased
<br />and the same eras ordered to be recorded in the records of the Court aforesaid. In witness
<br />v-,rhereof, I have hereunto set my hand and the seal of the said County Court this 11 day of July A.D

<br />The Court finds that under and b�virtue of the provisions of said Last Will and Testament
<br />the aforementioned real estate, to-wit: Lot 8, in Block 15 in the original town, now City of
<br />Grand Island., in the County of Hall and State of Nebraska,, did pass and descend at the death of the
<br />testator to Lena Harder to have and to hold to her and her heirs and assigns forever, subject to
<br />the right of Magdalena Sievers, widow of the said John Sievers, to the, use of said real estate for
<br />and during the term of her natural life, and on the further dondition that the said Lena Harder
<br />pay to the said widow the sum of $20 00 a month as long as the said widow shall live,, and it is
<br />further found by the Court that all of the personal property belonging to said John Sievers, at
<br />the time of his death did pass to And become the property of said Lena /� under the pro-
<br />visions of said will. The Court finds that the cash legacies provided for in said will have

<br />!"IN THE NAME OF GOD AMEN: I. Charles Henry Steinmeier, of the city of Grand Island, Hall County,
<br />State of Nebraska, considering the uncertainty of this mortal life and being of sound mind and
<br />memory, blessed be Almighty God for the same, do make and publish this my last will and testament
<br />in manner and form following that is to say: First:- I hereby direct that my funeral expenses
<br />the expenses of my last sickness, and all my just debts be paid out of my personal property.
<br />Second;
<br />I hereby give and devise to my beloved wife, Bertha Elvina Steinmeier all the real Estate
<br />of which I die possessed including the lot on which I now reside, namely Lot numbered Eight (3)
<br />of Block numbered seven (7) in Voitles Addition to City of Grand Tsland, Hall County, Nebras'K,a,
<br />with all the tenements and appurtenances thereto belonging, to have and to hold to her, my said
<br />wife and to her heirs forever.
<br />Third:
<br />I give and bequeath to each of my two sons Charles Henry Friedrich Steinmeier and William
<br />Emil Steinmeier the sum of Twenty-five Dollars, to be paid to each of them by my hereafter named
<br />executrix, within six months after my death.

<br />I give and bequeath to my beloved wife, Bertha Elvina Steinmeier all the remainder of MY
