am <br />to-wit: <br />Lot eight, (8) in Block Fifteen (16) in the Original Town, now City of Grand Island. <br />It is further found by the Court that the said John Sievers departed this life on the 26" day of <br />Iday, 1908, leaving a last will and testament, which instrument was duly admitted to probate in <br />this court on the 11th day of July, 1905.- and which was in words and figures as follower, <br />nn The Last Will of John Sievers; <br />I, John Sievers make this my last will, hereby revoking all former wills. I <br />appoint my daughter., Lena Harder, Executrix of this will and direct that she be permitted to <br />exercise the duties of that office without giving bonds therefor. To my daughter, Anna Holling, <br />I give the sum of twenty-five Dollars ($25,00)*and to my grand-son John Henry Sievers, I give <br />the sum of Twenty-"Live Dollars (25 00), both legacies to be paid within six months after my <br />decease. All the rest, residue and remainder of my estate, I give, devise and bequeath to,my <br />daughter, Lena Harder for her use and benefit forever subject however, to the following charge, <br />to-wit: My said Daughter Lena, shall provide for my wife,, so long as my wife shall live and <br />shall pay her the sum of Twenty Dollars per month for each and every month that she shall surviv <br />me. I further will that, my wife shall remain livirg in i,,iy house so'long as she may wish without <br />being chargeable with rent. Should my wife desire to remove from my home then she shall have the <br />privilege to do so and shall be privileged to collect and keep the rent she may get from said <br />premises. D. 1908 the instrument purporting <br />to be the last will and testament of John Sievers, deceased, was filed for probate 'l' - ' 11 this tour <br />IN THE COUNTY COURT OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA. <br />t <br />In the Matter of the Estate FINAL DECREE:' <br />of John Sievers, deceased <br />Now, on this 20th day of February, 1909, this cause came on for hearing upon the re-, <br />port of Lena Harder, Executrix of the Last Will and Testament of John Sievers, deceased, and it <br />satisfactorily appearing to the Court from the proof now-.on file, that all persons interested in <br />said estate have been duly notified of the filing of said report and of the time and place <br />fixed for the hearing thereon, as required by the order of Court dated February 11, 1909, and <br />there being no objection or protest on file, and it further appearing to the Court, after a full,i <br />examination, that said report is correct and ought to be allowed, it is, therefore., ORDERED <br />ADJUDEGE AND DECREED that the report of Lena Harder, Executrix, be and the same is approved <br />and allowed as and for her final account and she is discharged of her trust. <br />The Court finds that notice was given all persons in the manner provided by law of <br />the time allowed and place appointed for filing claims against said estate; that the time allowed <br />by the Court for filing claims against said estate has fully expired; that all claims filed <br />against said estate, and allowed by the Court, have been fully paid and satisfied; that any <br />Claims outstanding and not filed, if such there be, are therefore forever barred and exclud8d. <br />It is therefore ORDERED,, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that all persons are forever barred <br />from filing or setting up any claims against the estate of John Sievers, deceased, and the same <br />is fully settled.
