<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee,
<br />� under the Deed of Trust dated July 26, 2010, and executed by Wayne R. Brehm and Martha
<br />� Sue Brehm, Trustees of the Wayne R. Brehm and Martha Sue Brehm Living Revocable Trust
<br />� dated April 7, 2003, as Trustors, in which Five Points Bank is named as Beneficiary, and the
<br />� undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded August 2, 2010 as Instrument #201005358, in
<br />� the Hall County Register of Deed's OfFce, and

<br />� WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five
<br />y Points Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed
<br />of Trust above mentioned as follows:
<br />Lot Nine (9), Jack Voss Horse Country Club Second Subdivision in the City of Grand Island,
<br />hall County, Nebraska.
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deeds of Trust have been fully
<br />paid;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed
<br />of Trust, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person
<br />or persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance,
<br />at Grand Island, Nebraska, this 13th day of February, 2012.
