<br />TRUSTEE'S DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by Douglas
<br />G. Fotinos, Husband and Beth M. Fotinos, Wife, Grantors, to Pathway Bank, a Nebraska
<br />Banking Corporation, Trustee, under the Deeds of Trust dated September 10, 2010 and
<br />October 17, 2011 in which Pathway Bank, a Nebraska Banking Corporation, is Beneficiary,
<br />said Deeds of Trust being recorded September 16, 2010 as Document No. 0201006683 and
<br />recorded October 26, 2011 as Document No. 0201107997 of the Records of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, securing an original stated indebtedness of $45,000.00 and $440,000.00, has been
<br />paid or otherwise satisfied and said beneficiary have requested that this Deed of Reconveyance
<br />be executed and delivered;
<br />THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deeds of
<br />Trust, the undersigned Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons
<br />legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder, legally described as
<br />follow:

<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance,
