<br />Hazerdous Substences. The worda "Hezardous Substances" meen materials thet, beceuse of their quentity,
<br />concentration or physical, chemicai or infectious characteristics, may ceuse or pose a present or potentiel hazard
<br />to human health or the environment when improperly uaed, treated, stored, disposed of, generated, manufectured,
<br />transported or otherwise hendled. The words "Hazardous Substencea" ere used in their very broedest sense and
<br />include without limitetion eny and ell hazardous or toxic substances, meterials or waste es defined by or Ilsted
<br />under the Environmental Lews. The term "Hezardous Substancea" also includes, wlthout limitation, petroleum and
<br />petroleum by-products or any fraction thereof and asbestos.
<br />Improvements. The word "Improvements" means all existing and future improvements, buildings, structures,
<br />mobile homes affixed on the Real Property, facilities, additions, replacements and other construction on the Real
<br />Properry.
<br />Indebtedness. The word "Indebtedness" means all principel, intereat, end other amounta, costa end expenses
<br />payable under the Note or Related Documenta, together with all renewels of, extensions of, modificationa of,
<br />consolidations of and substitutions for the Note or Related Documents end eny amounts expended or advanced by
<br />Lender to discharge Trustor's obOgetions or expenses incurred by Trustee or Lender to enforce Trustor's
<br />obligations under this Deed of Trust, together with interest on such amounta as provided in this Deed of Trust.
<br />Specffically, without limitation, Indebtednesa includes the future advances set forth in the Future Advences
<br />provision, together with , ell intereat thereon and alt amounts that may be indirectly aecured by the
<br />Cross-Collaterelizetion prov(s(on of th(s Deed o� Trust.
<br />Lender. The word "Lender" means F(ve Points Bank, its successors and essigns.
<br />Note. The word "Note" means the promissory note dated February 9, 2012, i11 th@ original principal
<br />amount of 538 ,420.69 from Truator to Lender, together with all renewals of, extensions of, modiflcations of,
<br />refinancings of, consolidations of, and subatitutions for the promissory note or agreement.
<br />Personal Property. The words °Personal Property° mean all equipment, fixtures, and other articles of personal
<br />property now or hereafter owned by Trustor, and now or hereafter atteched or effixed to the Real Property;
<br />together with all accessions, parts, end additions to, ell replacements of, and all subatitutions for, any of such
<br />property; and together with all proceeds pncluding without limitation all fnsurance proceeds and refunds of
<br />premiums) from any sale or other disposition of the Property.
<br />Property. The word "Property" means collectively the Real Property and the Personal Property.
<br />Real Property. The words "Real Properry" mean the real property, interests end rights, as further described in thls
<br />Daed of Trust.
<br />Related Documents. The words "Related Documenta" mean all promissory notes, credit agreements, loan
<br />agreements, envlronmental agreements, guaranties, security agreements, mortgages, deeds of trust, security
<br />deeds, colleteral mongages, and all other fnstruments, agreements and documents, whether now or hereafter
<br />existing, executed in connection with the Indebtedness.
<br />Renta. The word "Rents" means all present and future rents, revenuea, income, issuea, royalties, profita, and
<br />other benefits derived from the Property.
<br />Trustee. The word "Trustee" meana Five Points Benk, whose address is P.0 Box 1507, Grend Island, NE
<br />68802-1507 and any substitute or successor trustees.
<br />Trustor. The word "Trustor" means VICKI L KISSLER.
<br />TRUSTOR ACKNOWLEDOES HAVING READ ALL THE PROVISIONS OF THIS DEED OF TRUST, AND TRUSTOR
<br />AGREES TO ITS TERMS.
