<br />DEED OF TRUST
<br />THIS DEED OF TRUST is dated February 9, 2012, among VICKI L KISSLER; a Single Person
<br />("Trustor"); Five Points Bank, whose address is West Branch, 2009 N. Diers Ave., Grand
<br />Island, NE 68803 (referred to below sometimes as "Lender" and sometimes as "Beneficiary");
<br />and Five Points Bank, whose address is P.O Box 1507, Grand Island, NE 68802-1507 (referred
<br />to below as "Trustee").
<br />CONVEYANCE AND GRANT. For valuable consideretion, Trustor conveys to Trustee in trust, WITH POWER OF SALE,
<br />for the beneflt of Lender as Beneficlary, all of Trustor's right, title, and interest in end to the following described real
<br />property, together with all existing or subsequently erected or affixed buildings, fmprovements and fi�ctures; all
<br />easements, rights of way, end appurtenances; all water, weter rlghts and ditch rights lincluding stock in utilitiea with
<br />ditch or irrigation rightsl; and all other rights, royalties, end profits relating to the real property, including without
<br />limitation ell minerals, oil, gas, geothermal and similar matters, (the "Reel Property") (ocated in HALL
<br />County, State of Nebraska:
<br />The Northerly Twenty-two (22) feet of Lot Eight (8), Block Sixty-four (64), Original Town,
<br />now City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska
<br />The R�al Property or its address is cor�monly known as 212 N WHEELER , GRAND ISLAND,
<br />NE 68801.
<br />CROSS-COLLATERALIZATION. In addition to the Note, this Deed of Trust secures ell obligations, debts and liebilities,
<br />plus interest thereon, of Trustor to Lender, or any one or more of them, as well as all claims by Lender against Trustor
<br />or any one or more of them, whether now existing or hereafter erising, whether related or unrelated to the purpose of
<br />the Note, whether voluntary or otherwise, whether due or not due, direct or indirect, determined or undetermined,
<br />absolute or contingent, liquidated or unliquidated, whether Trustor may be liable individually or jointly with others,
<br />whether obligated as guarentor, surety, accommodation party or othen�vise, and whether recovery upon such amounts
<br />may be or hereafter may become barred by any statute of limitations, and whether the obligetion to repay such amounts
<br />may be or hereafter may become otherwise unenforceable.
<br />FUTURE ADVANCES. In eddition to the Note, this Deed of Trust secures ell future advancea made by Lender to Trustor
<br />whether or not the advences ere mede pursuant to a commitment. Specificelly, without limitetion, this Deed of Trust
<br />secures, in addition to the emounts specified in the Note, all future amounts Lender in ita discretion may loan to
<br />Trustor, together with ell interest thereon.
<br />Trustor presently assigns to Lender (also known as Beneficiary in this Deed of Trust) all of Trustor's right, title, end
<br />interest in and to all present and future leases of the Property and all Rents from the Property. In addition, Trustor
