<br /> Dibbern, a minor, and a11 persons having or claiming any interest in, w�e deferidants,
<br /> for the partition of the premises hereinafter described, the undersi�ed �,eferee,
<br /> appointed by said court to make partition of said real estate� made report in �aritin�,

<br /> lished for more than thirty days, I offered said lands, hereinafter described, for
<br /> sale at public auction and sold the same to Roderic k J. T�Iartin for the sum of
