� , , <br /> CORPORATION WARRANTY DEED <br /> WHEREAS, St. Paul's English Evangelical Lutheran Church of <br /> Grand Island, Nebraska, a corporation organized under the laws of <br /> the State of Nebraska, is the same and identical corporation as <br /> St. Paul's Evangelical Lutheran Church of Grand Island, Nebraska, <br /> and is a single church which is incorporated as an entity and is <br /> legally independent of any superior denomination, organization, or <br /> authority; and <br /> WHEREAS, Rev. Harvey Clarkis the duly elected, qualified and <br /> acting pastor of this church and E. N. Roe and Basil Fritz are the <br /> duly elected, qualified and acting elders, and Harvey Rehder and <br /> Peter Merton are the du1X elected, qualified and acting deacons; <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS, the following are the duly elected, qualified and <br /> acting trustees of this religious association, to-wit: Rev. Harvey <br /> Clark, H. L. "Bill" Barge, Don Ewoldt, Basil Fritz, Fred Heins, <br /> John Hoeft, Jr. , Don Holst, William Horstman, Earl Larson, Peter <br /> Merten, Elmer Rauert, Harvey Rehder and E. N.
