<br /> THAT,Wf�REASy; in an action in the District Court of the Elev�nth Judicial
<br /> District of the State; of Nebraska, within and for the County of Hall, wherein
<br /> the County Boaxd of ,Supervi�ors of Hall County, Nebra�ka, E�c Officio The County
<br /> Board of Public We1€'are, is plaintiff arid Cleo Smith, et als., are defendarits,
<br /> No. 11�la51, Docket l�9,, Page No. 177, the plaintiff did, on the 28th day of
<br /> December, 1961, o'�tain a decree finding there to be due from the defendants
<br /> for`old age ;assistance, in Causes of Action No. One and Two, the sums of $8,223.29
<br /> and $3,109.1�5, accruing interest and costs of the suit, and, whereas, it was
<br /> then and t�ere further ordered in the said action that in default of the payment
<br /> of the sums so found due from the said defendants that the Sheriff of said
<br /> County of Hall should cause the lands and tenements hereinafter described to
<br /> be advertised and sold according to law to pay the same, and whereas, default
<br /> having been made therein, the said Sheriff of said County, under and by virtue
<br /> of the said decree and the order of sale to him duly directed, did, on the 6th
<br /> day of March, 1962, at the north door of the Court House in the City of Grand
<br /> Island, Nebraska, in said County of Hall, having first given due and legal
<br /> notice of the time and place of said sale for not less than thirty days prior
<br /> thereto in the Grand Island Dail� Independent, a legal newspaper, printed and
<br /> in general circulation in said County of HaZl, sell said premises at public
<br /> auction to John Camp and Jill Camp, husband and wife, as 3oint tenants and not
<br /> as tenants in common, for the sum of One thousand, seven hundred and no/100
<br /> ($1,700.00) Dollars, (the total accrued costs of suit and sale being $193.21),
<br /> which sale was afterwards on the 15th day of March, 1962, examined and confirmed
<br /> by the said Court and the said E. H. Stobbe as �uch Sheriff, ordered to convey
<br /> the said premises in fee simple to the said John Camp and JiI1 Camp, hu�band
<br /> anci wife, as joint tenants and not as tenant� in common.
<br /> NOW, THEREFORE, I, the said Sheriff of the County of Hall, as aforesaid,
<br /> in consideration of the premises and by virtu� of the powers gested in me by
<br /> law and the decree of said Court, dc hereby give, grant, and eonvey to the said
<br /> John Camp and Jill Camp, husband and wife, as joint tenants and nvt as tenants
<br /> in common, the premises so as aforesaid sold, to-wit: Lots One (1} and Two (2)
<br /> in Block Six (6), Dodd and Marshall's Addition to the Village of Wood River,
<br /> Hall County, Nebraska, as surveyed, platted and recorded, with the appurtenances.
<br /> IT BEING THE INTENTION OF ALL PARTIES HERETO, TIiAT IN THE EVENT OF THE
<br /> DEATH OF EITHER OF SAID GHANTEES, THE ENTIftE FEE SIMPLE TITLE TO THE REAL ESTATE
<br /> DESCRIBED HEREIN SHALL VEST IN THE SURVIVINQ C3RANTEE.
<br /> TO HAVE AND TO HOLD THE SAME unto the said John Camp and Jill Camp,
<br /> hu�band and wife, as joint tenants and not as tenants in common, and their heirs
<br /> and assigns forever.
