<br /> defendants fcr old age assistance, in Cattse of Action No. Eight, the swn of
<br /> $1,260.00, accruing i�tereat and costs o�' the �uit, and, whereas, it � then
<br /> and there Further ordered in the said aetion that in default oP the p�yment of
<br /> the sums so fou�d due from the said defendant� that t,he Sheriff of said County
<br /> of Hall should cause the landa and tenements hereinafter described to be
<br /> advertised and sold according to law to pay the same, and, wherea�, default
<br /> having beeM made therein, the said Sheri.ff of said Co�t.nty, nxider and hy nirtue
<br /> of the said decree and the urder of sale to k�3m duly directed, did, on the 6th
<br /> day of March, 1962, at the north door of the Court House in the City of (3rand
<br /> Island, Nebraska, in �aid County of HaZl, having first given due and legal
<br /> notice of the time and place of sa3d sale for nc�t les� than thirty days prior
<br /> thereto in the Grand Island Dai3y I�dependent, a legal neHSpaper, printed and
<br /> in general circulation in said County of Iiall, sell said premi.ses at public
<br /> auction. to Jose A. Ramirez and Severa (3. Ramirez, hu�band and wife, as 3oint
<br /> ten�,nts and not as tenants in cammon, for the sum of Four heu�dred sixty ar�d
<br /> no/100 ($460.0�) Dollars, (the total accrued costs of �uit and sa].e being
<br /> $92.32), which sale wa� aFter�rards on the l5th day of Ma,rch, 1962, examined
<br /> and confirmed by the said Court and the said E. H. Stobbe as such Sheriff,
<br /> ordered to convey the said premi�es in fee simple to the said dose A. Ramirez
<br /> and Severa G. R.a�irez, husband and �,rife, as �oint tenants and not �s tenants
<br /> in common.
<br /> NOW, THEREFOAE, I,: the sa3.d Sheriff of the County of Hall, as aforesaid,
<br /> in consideration of the premise� and by virtue of the powers vested in me by
<br /> law and the decree of sa3d Court, do hereby give, �rant, and convey to the
<br /> said Jose A. Ramirez and Severa G. Ramirez, husband and wife, as �oint tenants
<br /> and not as tenants in comenon, the premises so as aforesaid so2d, to-wit:
<br /> Lot Three (3) Block Fourteen (].};), in Evans Addition to the City of arand
<br /> Island, Hall County, Nebraska, as surveped, platted and recorded, with the
<br /> appurtenances.
<br /> IT BEING THE INTENTTON OF ALL PARTIES HERETO, TFiAT Irii THE EVENT OF THE
<br /> DEATH OF EITHER OF SAID (3RANTEES� THE ENTIRE FEE SIMPLL TITLE TO THE REAL ESTATE
