<br /> thereto in the Grand Island Daily Independent, a legal newspaper, printed and
<br /> in general circulation in said County of Ha11, se11 said premi�es at public
<br /> auction to Melvin D. Chamberlin, Yor the snm of Six hundred eighty and no/100
<br /> Dollars, (the total accrued costs of suit and sale being $97.36), which sale
<br /> was afterwards on the 15t1� day of March, 1962, examined and confirmed by the
<br /> sa3.d Court a.nd the said E. H. Stobbe as such Sheriff, ordered to convey the
<br /> s�.id premises in fee si�sle to the said Melvin D. Chamberlin.
<br /> NOW, �'HEREFOR�, I, the said Sheriff of the County of Hall, as aforesaid,
<br /> in con9ideration of the premises and by virtue of the power� vested in me by
<br /> law and the decree of said Court, do hereby �ive, grant, and corivey to the said
<br /> �Ielv�:n D. Chamb�rlin, his heirs and a�signs, the prem3.ses so as aforesaid �old,
