<br /> about the 11 da,y of October� 1961., execute to the State of Nebraska, .for
<br /> the consideration therein mentioned, a conve,yance o� the certain lands,
<br /> situated in Hall County, Nebraska and hereinaftar more particular,y dPSCr.ibed,
<br /> krhich said con�reyanae is recorded in the office of the Re�;ister of Deeds of
<br /> the County of Hall in Book 136, Page 51.�1, of the records of said oifice;

<br /> Now, Therefore, this indenture �ritnesseth that said Elmer ftiesland
<br /> and Alice L. Riesland, husband and c�ife, Joint Tenants, each as his or her
<br /> own interest may appear in consideration o£ the agreement and consent of
<br /> the 5tate of Nebraska to the correction and of one dollar paid to them
<br /> b�r the State of Nebraska, hereby grants, conveys, releases and confirms
<br /> unto the State of Vebraska, their successors and assigns, forever, a1.1 of
<br /> the followin� described tract of land situated i.n Hall County, Nebraska, to wit:
