<br /> This deed made this 28th day of December� 1961� by and between Lloyd W. Kelly, Jr.
<br /> of Grand Island, County of Hall, and State of Nebraska, Executor of the Last Wili
<br /> and Testament of George Liebsack, deceased, late of Grand Island, County of Hall
<br /> and State of Nebraska, party of the first part, and George W. Aohweder and Ella
<br /> Rohweder, husband and wife, party of the second part:
<br /> UdTTNESSETH:
<br /> That �the said party of the first part, the duly appointed, qualified and
<br /> acting Executor of the said George Liebsack, deceased, under his Last iNill and Tes-
<br /> tament, which is of record in the office of the Probate Court of Hall County, Ne-
<br /> braska, by virtue of the power and authority, granted and conferred upon him, under
<br /> the said will� and in considexation of the sum of One Dollar and other valuable
<br /> consideration to him paid by the party of the second part, the receipt of which is
<br /> hereby acknowledged, does by these presents grant, bargain, sell, remise, release
<br /> alier., convey and confirm unto the said George ��1. Roh�veder and Ella Rohweder, as
<br /> joinc tenar.ts, and not as tenants in common, and to their heirs and assigns forever,
<br /> al1 of the follov�ing described land situate, lying and being in the County of Hall
<br /> and State of Nebraska, to-�vit:
<br /> Lot One (1} , in Block Ninety-Foux (94), Original Town,
<br /> now City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska,
<br /> together �vith all the tenements, hereditaments, and apptartenances to the same belony-
<br /> ing; and also aIi the estate, riyht, title, interest, property, possession, ciaim
<br /> and demand whatsoever, which the said testator had in his lifetime, and at the time
<br /> cf his decease, and �,vhich the said party of the first part has by virtue of the Last
<br /> UJil1 and Testament, or otherwise, of, in, or to the above granted premises, and every
<br /> part and parcel thereof, tivi-th the appurtenances.
<br /> IT being the intention of all parties hereto that in the event of the death of either
<br /> cf the said arantees, the entire fee simple title to the real estate described herein
<br /> shall vest in the surviving grantee.
<br /> To have and to hold the said �remises with the hereditaments and appurten-
<br /> ances thereof, unto the said George 4V. Rohweder and Ella Rohweder, as joint tenants
<br /> and not as tenants in common, their heirs and assigns forever.
