<br />24. SUCCES90R TRUSTEE. Beneficiary, at Beneficiary`s option, may from time to time remove Trustee and apposnt a
<br />succQSSar trustee without any other formality than the des�gnation in writing. The successor trustee, without conveyance of
<br />the Property, shall succeed to a11 the title, power and duties conferred upon Trustee by this Sec:urity Instrument and
<br />applicable law.
<br />2S. NUTICE. Unless otherwise required by law, any noCice shall be given by delivering it or by mailing it by £irsi class mail !o
<br />the appropriate Qarty's address on page 1 of this Security rnstrument, or to any other address designated in writing. Nntice

<br />26. WAIVERS. Except to the extenl prohibited by law, Trustor waives ail appraisement and homestead exemption rights

<br />� Line of Credit. The Secured Debt includes a revolving line of credit provision. Although the Secured D�bt may he

<br />� Fixture Filing. Trustar grants to Beneficiary a security interest in all goods that Grantor owns now or in the future
