<br />TRUSTEE'S DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by Donald
<br />C. Rasmussen, and Barbara M. Rasmussen, Husband and Wife, Trustors, to Pamela D.
<br />Andersen, a member of the Nebraska State Bar Association, Successor Trustee, under the Deed
<br />of Trust dated August 30, 2001, in which The State Bank of Cairo, a Nebraska Banking
<br />Corporation, now known as Pathway Bank, is Beneficiary, said Deed of Trust being recorded
<br />September 4, 2001 as Instrument No. 0200108864 of the Records of Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />securing original stated indebtedness of $91,500.00, has been paid or otherwise satisfied and said
<br />beneficiary have requested that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered;
<br />THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of
<br />Trust, the undersigned Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons
<br />legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder, legally described as
<br />follow:
<br />The Southwest Quarter (SWl/4) and the South One-Ha1f (S1/2) of the Northwest Quarter
<br />(NW1/4) of Section Five (5), Township Twelve (12) North, Range Eleven (11), West of the 6�'
<br />P.M., In Hall County, Nebraska and
<br />The Northwest Quarter (NW 1/4) of the Southwest Quarter (S W 1/4) of Section Fifteen (15),
<br />Township Twelve (12) North, Range Eleven (11), West of the 6�` P.M., Hall County, Nebraska.
