Winfrey <br />Revocable Trust dated February 17, 1998 (hereinafter refened to as the "said Trust"). <br />2. That on May 14, 2011, the Affiant became the sole trustee of the said Trust upon the <br />death of Loy L. Winfrey, who was one of the settlors and initial co-trustees of said Trust. A certified <br />copy of the dea,th certificate for Loy L. Winfrey, also known as Loy LaRee Winfrey, is attached <br />hereto, marked E�ibit "A", and made a part hereof by this reference. <br />3 <br />0 <br />That the Affiant remains the sole trustee of the said Trust as of this date. <br />That among the assets of the said Trust is the following described real property: <br />Fr :ctionaD I.ot 3 in �r�ctiona9 �lock 7, in Asht�n Fiace, an Addition �o the <br />City of Grand Island, and its complement Fractional Lot 3 in Block 48, in <br />the Subdivision of Blocks 48 and 49, Wasmer's Third Addition to the City <br />of Grand Island, and Fractional Lot 4, in such Fractional Block 7, in <br />Ashton Place, an Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, <br />Nebraska. <br />5. That pursuant to theterms ofthe said Trust and §30-3881(2) oftheNebraska.Uniform <br />Trust Act, the cotrustees of the said Trust have the power, vv�thout court authorization, to acquire <br />or dispose of an asset, for cash or on credit, at public or private sa1e. <br />6.
