<br /> Lender, The word "Lender" means Equita6le Bank, its successors antl assigns. The words "successors or
<br /> assigns"mean any person or compa�y that acquires am�interest in the Credit Ag[eement.
<br /> Personal Property. The words "Personal Property" mean all equi.pment, fixtures, and other articles of personal
<br /> property now or hereafter owned by Trustor, and new or hereafter attached or affixed to the Real Property;
