J <br />�' �01�00�1�, <br />WARRANTY DEED <br />E'fHEL GREENWOOD, an unremarried widow, GRP�N"fOR, <br />in consideration of $2,750.00 received from DOLORES J. ALLAN and GEORGE <br />D. ALLAN, JR., husband and wife, GRANTEES, <br />conveys to GRANTEES as joint tenants and not as tenants in common, the fol- <br />lowing described real estate (as defined in Neb. Rev.
