McGuire, as irustee of the Patrick J. McGuire Revocable Living Trust dated August 9, 2007 has previously <br />made, executed and delivered to Western National Bank as Trustee and Western National Bank as Beneficiary, a certain <br />Deed of Trust, which Deed of Trust was recorded on February 8, 2011, as Instrument Number 0201101084 of the officer <br />of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, relating to the following described real property, to-wit: <br />The North Half of the Northeast Quarter [Nl/2 NE1/4) of Section Seven (7), Township Ten (10) North, Range <br />Twelve (12), West of the 6� P.M., Halt County, Nebraska. <br />Said Deed of Trust was given to.secure, among other things a certain Promissory Note dated January 25, 2011, in the <br />original principal sum of $66,500.00. Said Indebtedness secured by said Deed of Trust has not been paid in full. Said <br />Deed of Trust is hereby modified to reflect the changed loan amoun� The said Deed of Trust shall consritute a valid and <br />subsisting lien and shall secure said Indebtedness as modified, together with all renewals, extensions and modifications <br />thereof.
