�0120Q�25 <br />RESOLUTION 2012-20 <br />WHEREAS, a pubiic utility easement is required by the City of Grand Island, from <br />HBCC Timberline, LLC in Timberline 2" Subdivision, Ha11 County, Nebraska and more particularly <br />described as follows: <br />A tract of land located in Lot Six (b}, Timberline 2 Subdivision of the City of Grand Island, <br />Nebraska, more particularly described as follows: <br />COMMENCING AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF LOT SIX (6), TIMBERLINE 2 <br />SUBDIVISION; THENCE NORTH 42°24'S0" WES�T A DISTANCE OF 84.39 FEET; THEIVCE <br />SOUTH 74°59' 10" EAST A DISTANCE OF 31.43 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING; <br />THENCE SOUTH 74°59' 10" EAST A DISTANCE OF 901.99 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 89°(14'30" <br />WEST A DISTANCE OF 1Q9.24 FEET; THEIVCE NORTH 74°59'10" WEST A DISTANCE OF <br />787.54 FEET; THENCE NORTH 02°24'S0" WEST A DISTANCE OF 31.44 FEET TO THE <br />POINT OF BEGINNING. <br />WHEREAS, an Agreement for the public utility easement has been reviewed and <br />approved by the City Legal Departm�nt. <br />- NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED B� THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF <br />THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, that the City of Grand Island be, and hereby is, <br />authorized to enter into the Agreement for the public utility Easement on the above described tract of <br />land. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to <br />execute such agreements on behalf of the City of Grand Island. <br />Adopted by the City Council of the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, January 24, 2012. <br />Attest: <br />RaNae Edwards, City Clerk <br />Approved es to Form p� <br />January 23, 2012 II Ctty AitomeY <br />
