20�20079� RESOLUTION �Z' 1 WHEREAS pursuant to the authority authorized under the Village code as adopted by the Village of Doniphan, Hall County, Nebraska. a dire,ctive was sent to the owner of real estaxe located at 214 East Plum, Doniphan, Nebraska, being Ted Robb, to clean debris determined to be a nuisance located upon said real estate; and WI�REAS pursuant to the authority authorized under the Village Code as adopted by the Village of Doniphan, Hall County, Nebraska, a water service shut off notice was sent, and subsequent action to shut off water service was completed by the Village; and WHEREAS, following standard billing procedure, there remains due and owing from such billi.ng issued a clean up bill of $96.24, and a disconnect fee of $25.00; and VVHEREAS following a public hearing held on the 9�' day of January, 2012, it was determined that the fair and reasonable cost of the removal of debris which creat� the public nuisance to be $96.24; and the standazdized cost of water service disconnection to be $25.00/ NOW THEREFORE be it resolv� as follows: 1. The cost of nuisance abatement at 214 East Plum and legally described as Lot Nine (9) of Scudder's Additi.on to the Village of Doniphan, Hall County, Nebraska. is determined to be the amount of $96.24, and the cost of water disconnection to be $25.00. 2. Thax the costs of said abatement and disconnection should hereby be assessed as a special tax against said real estate as a result of the owner of said property failing to make payment on said amount. 3. The Village Clerk is hereby directed to send a certified copy of this Resolution to the Hall County Treasurer for purposes of collecting such special assessment in accordance with all such special assessments levied by Municipal authorities.
