<br />EXTENSION AGREEMENT FOR MORTGAGE 2 012 0 0 7 0 G ��

<br />THIS Agreement is made as of this 26th day of January, 2012, by and between FIVE POINTS BANK, whose
<br />mailing address is P.O. Box 1507, Grand Island, Nebraska 68802-1507 (hereinafter "Lender'�, the owner and holder of
<br />the certain Promissory Note for $30,000.00 dated January 26, 2012, given by John S. Schulte and Dianne L. Schulte,
<br />Husband and Wife, (hereinafter "Borrower") and secured by the certain Real Estate Mortgage of the certain real estate
<br />therein described, situated, lying and being in Hall County, Nebraska, and more particularly described as follows, to-wit:
<br />Lot One (1), Westem Subdivision, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />which said Real Estate Mortgage is dated the 6th day of March, 1996, wherein Five Points Bank is Mortgagee, and
<br />recorded in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, entered as Document #96-101785 on the 12�'
<br />day of March, 1996.
<br />WITNESSETH, that said parties, for themselves and their heirs, executors, administrators and assigns, hereby
<br />mutually agree that the time for the payment of the principal and interest on said Promissory Note dated January 26,
<br />2012, shall be as follows:
<br />A new Consumer Note #101248732, dated January 26, 2012, in the original principal amount of $30,000.00,
<br />with repayment as set out on said Consumer Note with a final payment of remaining principal and interest due January
<br />25, 2015.
<br />The Borrower hereby further rafiiy and confirm all of the terms and conditions contained in the Real Estate
<br />Mortgage of Borrower to Lender dated March 6, 1996, as referred to above and said Borrowers will in all respects
<br />faithfully comply and perForm all the covenants and promises in the aforesaid Real Estate Mortgage.
<br />It is expressly understood and agreed that the aforesaid Real Estate Mortgage shall remain in full force and
<br />effect in all respects and that nothing herein shall affect or impair any rights and powers which the Lender may have
<br />thereunder for the recovery of the said debts secured by said Real Estate Mortgage, with interest, in case of the non-
<br />fulfillment of this Agreement.
<br />And the said Borrowers hereby covenant that they will pay the said principal sum and interest as provided by
<br />the Promissory Note referred to above at the times therein specified and that they will perform and observe all of the
<br />covenants, agreements, stipulations and conditions on the part of the Borrowers contained in said Real Estate Mortgage
<br />in all respects.
