<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trusfee,
<br />under the Deed of Trust dated October 19, 2009, executed by Linda S Nuss and Jerry L Nuss,
<br />Wife and Husband, in which Five Points Bank is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as
<br />Trustee, which was recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as
<br />Recorded as Instrument # 0200908531 on the 27�' day of October, 2009, and
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five
<br />Points Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of
<br />Trust above mentioned as follows:
<br />A TRACT OF LAND COMPRISING ALL OF FRACTIONAL LOT TEN (10), AND THAT
<br />PART OF FRACTIONAL LOT NINE (9), IN BLOCK THIRTEEN (13), FAIRVIEW PARK,
<br />LYING EAST OF THE EAST LINE OF BROADWELL AVENUE; AND THE PORTIONS
<br />OF FRACTIONAL LOTS 8, 9 AND 10, IN BLOCK 2, WALLICH'S ADDITION LYING EAST
<br />OF THE EAST LINE OF BROADWELL AVENUE, AND NORTH OF A LINE 86.55 FEET
<br />NORTHERLY FROM AND PARALLEL TO THE NORTHERLY LINE OF 9TH STREET,
<br />ALL IN THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA
<br />More Commonly Known As: 912 N Adams St., Grand Island, NE 68801.
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust has been fully paid;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of
<br />Trust, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or
<br />persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance, at
