<br />YOU ARE HEREBY GIVEN NOTICE OF DEFAiTLT under a Deed of Trust executed June
<br />25, 2007, by TRAVIS J. TAGEL, a single person, Trustor, in favor of TIERONE BANK, as
<br />Beneficiary, and U.S. BANK TRUST COMPANY NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, as Trustee, and which
<br />was filed for record on June 27, 2007, as Instrument No. 2007-05413, of the Mortgage Records of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska. Said Deed of Trust was assigned by the original Beneficiary, TIERONE BANK to U.S.
<br />BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, by virtue of an Assignment dated June 29, 2007, and filed for
<br />record on August 31, 2007, as Instrument No. 2007-07514 of the Mortgage Records of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska. GREGORY L. GALLES has been appointed as Successor Trustee, replacing U.S. BANK
<br />TRUST COMPANY NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, by virtue of a Substitution of Trustee filed for
<br />record in the Register of Deeds Office of Hall County, Nebraska.. Said Deed of Trust conveys property
<br />legally described as follows:
<br />LOT SEVEN (7), BLOCK TWENTY-EIGHT (28), GILBERT'S THIRD ADDITION TO T'HE
<br />CIT'Y OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
<br />Said default under the terms of the Deed of Trust has occuned by virtue of the non-payment of the
<br />installment payments due under the Deed of Trust. In addition, Trustors are hereby liable to the Successor
<br />Trustee, GREGORY L. GALLES, for all fees and costs associated with this default and recoverable
<br />pursuant to Nebraska statute § 76-1012.
<br />By virtue of said default, Successor Trustee has determined to sell or cause to be sold the trust
<br />property to satisfy the obligation referred to above.
<br />The default may be cured within one (1) month of the filing of this Notice, and the obligation and
<br />Deed of Trust may be thereby reinstated as provided in § 76-1012.
