201200687 <br />Deed Of Trust Subordination Agreement �� <br />Account No. 9885 <br />This Agreement is made this5 day of January, 2012, by and between US Bank National Association ND <br />("Bank") and WELLS FARGO BANK ("Refinancer"). <br />Bank is the beneficiary under a deed of trust (the " Junior Deed of Trust") dated 28 day of <br />November, 2008, granted by Ronald C Evans and Carole L Evans, husband and wife ("Borrower"), residing <br />at 3530 Blaine St S, Grand Island, NE 68801-8804 and recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds, Hall <br />County, Nebraska, on Book , Page , as Document 200900799, encumbering the real property <br />described therein (collectively, the "Property"). Refinancer is the beneficiary under a deed of trust (the <br />"Senior Deed of Trust") dated , 20 , granted by the Borrower, <br />and recorded in the same office on , 20 , as Document <br />, encumbering the property.
