<br />DEED OF RECON�EYANCE
<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust made among, THOMAS W � y �'v
<br />BARNES AND VERA J BARNES, husband and wife, Trustor, and Central National Bank as '
<br />Trustee and The Equitable Building & Loan Association, FSB, as Beneficiary, dated June 4,
<br />2001, and recorded on June 8, 2001, in the office of the Register of Deeds in Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, as Instrument Number 0200105492 has been paid; and
<br />WHEREAS, the Beneficiary under said Deed of Trust has requested that all the property held by
<br />Central National Bank, as Trustee, under said Deed of Trust be reconveyed, without warranty, to
<br />the person or persons entitled thereto.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the written
<br />request of the Beneficiary, Central National Bank, as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without
<br />warranty, to the person or persons entitled thereto all the estate and interest held by it, as Trustee,
<br />under the above described Deed of Trust in the following described property:
<br />LOT THREE (3), EAGLEWOOD ACRES SUBDIVISION, HALL COUNTY,
<br />NEBRASKA.
