<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Geneva State Bank, as Trustee under the Deed of Trust dated
<br />September 28, 2000 executed by Troy J PotthofF and Margo K Anderson, husband and wife as
<br />Trustor(s), in which Geneva State Bank, a Nebraska corporation, is named as Beneficiary and as Trustee,
<br />which is recorded in Inst. 0200008242 of Mortgage Records of Hall County, Nebraska, has received from
<br />the beneficiary thereunder, a written request to reconvey, reciting that it has received payment in full of
<br />the Note or Notes secured by said Deed of Trust and the Promissory Note secured by said Deed of Trust
<br />has been surrendered to the undersigned as Trustee for canceilation;
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of Trust,
<br />the undersigned, as Trustee, does hereby reconvey without warranty, to the person or persons legally
<br />entitled thereto, all the estate and interest derived by the undersigned under the Deed of Tn,ist in following
<br />described real estate, to-wit:
<br />Beginning at the Southeast corner of the SE 1/4 of Section 30, Township 9 North, Range 12
<br />West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, running thence West approximately 90°
<br />(89°25'08") a distance of 1,576.45 feet to a point on the South line of said SE 1/4 to a steel post
<br />(the Place of Beginning); thence North 90° a distance of 620 feet to a steel post; thence
<br />continuing North 90° to the thread of the Platte River Channel; thence in a westerly direction
<br />along the thread of the Platte River Channel a distance of approximately 740 feet to a point on
<br />said thread of the said Platte River Channel; thence South 90° to a steel post located 620 feet
<br />North of the south section line of the said SE 1/4 of said Section 30; thence South 90° a distance
<br />of 620 feet to a point on the said South section line of the said SE 1/4 of said Section 30; thence
<br />East 90° a distance of 740 feet to a steel post, being the Place of Beginning
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has caused this Deed of Reconveyance to be
<br />executed this 23 day of January, 2012.
